This website is the result of statistical research conducted on the Haitian labor market. It allows users to predict a 12-month salary estimate based on twelve attributes, which are categorized into four major groups: Geographical & Municipal, Organizational, Position-specific, and Personal. Users can customize predictions along these twelve dimensions and save the results for personal use.
It is important to understand that this research and calculator are descriptions of how the Haitian labor market currently values certain characteristics and is not a commentary on how the market should value employees. Said differently, it's about observations and facts, not about opinions.

NOTE: The calculations behind each salary prediction are the result of data collected from 876 observations provided by 79 independent employers throughout Haiti. The research's results identify salary drivers that have a statistically significant effect on salaries and estimates those effects in a meaningful way. Its results are presented in three forms: an academic paper, an executive summary manager deliverable, and this website.
